Page header not appearing

Hi,

I made a blank form, created everything on my form then added a header to put the title etc in and tried to view it using form view and the header isn't appearing. What do I need to change?

If you added the title in the section "Page header" this information will only be visible when you print the form (or open the print preview).

To have it visible on your form on your monitor, you have to place the title in the "Form Header"
