I'm developing in Access 2010 on a Windows 7 system. One report prints on labels so in report design I have gone to the Page Setup tab on the ribbon and clicked the Page Setup button and selected the printer and paper size I need. (In this case, it is a DYMO LabelWriter 450 and the paper size is 30252 Address.)

After this, the report prints properly on labels. I've created an ACCDE file and it also prints properly.

But when I move off of my development computer onto a client computer, it uses the right printer but loses the paper size. I can go through setup and change it to the right paper size, but it only works for that one print.

The client computers use Windows XP and have the Access 2010 runtime installed on them.

Can anyone help me with getting Access to not lose the paper size when I move the DB to the client computers?

Thank you!

Name Autocorrect caused printer issues in earlier versions of Access. I don't know if the problems still exist in A2010 but if you have Name Autocorrect turned on, turn it off. Rebuild the .accde and try again.

jrmcanada did you ever figure out the solution to your problem. I am experiencing the exact same issue as and have spent HOURS and HOURS trying to come up with a way to correct this issue.
