I have a date field. I have
Between [Please enter second begin date] And [Please enter second end date]
as my criteria so that the user may enter two dates. But, I want the extreme dates to be included in my data.

For Example: If the user enters 1/1/2005 and 1/31/2005, I want the information for the 1st and 31st to be included. How can I do this using just about the same criteria statement?

That should work... Unless you have a time peice in the date/time fld...

Further to Kens reply - in a pure Date() field read the Between as meaning Inclusive and Between

Col

Between [Please enter second begin date] And ([Please enter second end date] + #23:59:59#)

One more question

Thank you to all, it is working now. One more question. I have a query with total hours of a department broken down by categories. I put in a time frame and sum the hours together depending on the category. Some of the categories have 0 hours. I want all the categories to show up in the results, even oif they have 0 hours. Can anyone help?

Group on category and sum on hours doesn't work?

No, it only shows me the categories that have sums, not any with sum of 0

If you have two tables involved in this query then you will need to make your INNER join and OUTER join.

Beautiful

Man, you all are the greatest! Thanks SJ and Ken. Your help is greatly appreciated.
