pdf files

Once a month I have to run a series of 'shop' reports that I print to pdf, there are approx 42 of these. What I would like to do is automate the routine where I just hit a button and put in a date range and all the reports are sent to a folder. I assume they would need to have a unique name which is no problem as I can combine the shop and current date as the file name. I think the problem is going to happen when each report prints to file, the dialog box pops up and ask for the file name and location... Does anyone have any experience with this?

You helped me, now I can help you. PDF995 is the way to go for that. It even has some code on the website that automatically makes a folder, and names it whatever you want. It is unbelievably easy to use. It is not too expensive either. I'm not sure about free software that will do this, it might be out there.
