Hi,
I have a database pull that I use to build audits off of. However, I do have an issue with one pivot I build off the audit.
Items for sale are grouped into "item families" Because of how the query is run (and the information I want), the investment quantities for each item family are listed for the family as a whole instead of on a per-item basis. However, the pivot sees the investment quantities on the ITEM level instead of the FAMILY level, which isn't accurate, and results in a count that is several times what it should be.
I included a sample of what I'm looking at.
So for the item family 711046, the totals for 31,33,34,35 should read as 271, 363052, 7460, 29388 on the family level instead of the item level. I just want to have the old item number and the description listed, but not tallying anything.
How can I get the desired behavior?
