Solved Please guide me regarding sorting my report.

Hi,
I need help. I have a Query with a field "BTID" sorted as Ascending. And its datasheet view is ok. But when I am opening its report. The rows are not showing as Ascending. Please check the attached images and guide me. Thank you.

Access reports take no notice of how the source data is sorted.

consequently don't bother sorting your query unless it is also used in a form as sorting just adds a time element which is a drag on performance
