Please help!!! Can't upload files with my posts

Please help me, I'm tying to upload a copy of a database in a thread that I've made but when i hit the upload button in the attachments manager all I get is a please wait message and after about 5 mins i get this

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

I press the "infom the administrator" link and i get an error message from Windows Internet Explorer saying that the mail progam-client isn't installed correctly
(I have Win XP greek vesion so this is the loosely translated message I get) and just an ok option in that window. When I press the ok button IE runs with this address "mailto:jon@access-programmers.co.uk" saying that IE can't open this page

P.S. I've checked and I have the 10 required posts made to be able to upload files

You need to clear your web browser's temp files and cookies and then log in again.
