Pls help

Hi

I have created one database which is a customer list it has only one table with these fields

1) Cust No#
2) Location
3) Sub No#
4) Customer Name
5th) PSR
6th) OLD PSR

NOW i have create another database which will be for SOS kits

What i am trying to do

I want to put Customer number , location and sub number in 2nd database entry form ( SOS kits Pic attached ) and i want this form to get customer name and PSR number from another database automaticly. Which is linked

i try every thing but didnt get it all

can some one please help me what to do The screen shoot is attached.

Before i am using louts approcah which is quite easy but i am so new access and if i fail to do so might be i will lose my job coz of this. pls help me i know its might be a stupid and easy step but pls guide me in details

Welcome aboard
You are saying database but you mean table. If you want your form to show columns from multiple tables, create a query that joins the tables and select the columns you need from each. Use the query name as the RecordSource for the form rather than using a table name.
