Populate Footer with Data From Combobox (1 Viewer)

I have a document that, based on a user selection from a combobox, I'd like to put a specific note in the footer. The combobox is on the first page of a multi-page document, and I'd like a notice to appear on each page, and the footer would work well.

While I am fairly comfortable with VBA in Access, I'm struggling with how I might do this in Word. Any thoughts would be welcome.
