Possible code error

I'm not sure what is causing this to happen. I have a simple database designed to collect notes pertaining to various issues. In the memo field everytime I input a new entry once I hit save it displays with <div> before the entry and <\div> after the entry. Any ideas as to what is causing this to happen.

I have had this problem in one of my forms. It went away when I selected "Rich Text" in the Memo's Text Format property.

This is odd. In case you dont know, the div tag is an element of html. It sounds like you may be seeing some of the memo fields behind the scene work. It could be corruption, but maybe not. Did you try to delete the field, compact and repair, recreate the field?
