Preventing Access To Access ??????

Is there a way of preventing users from being able to link Crystal reports to a Access Database?

I found that with a little knowledge you can still access a database no matter how many security features you have installed in it.

Security is not my strong point but how about removing access to the file location on the file sharing thingy. No idea if that will help though.

The database is on our shared network and it's split into a front and back end.
each user has a copy of the front end on their desktop and the Bypass tab key has been disabled so it is a bit more secure than normal.

I know that with a little access knowledge you can import data into a new db, but I am relying on the fact that most users are not bothered about exploring further into it apart from the odd few who gets a kick out of hacking ..
