Printer defaults

Hi

I have a DB with some nice reports that will be used on various peoples PC's who have a an assortment of printers connected. I have reports in A3 and A4 format. The A4 ones are ok but if someone has a PC that has only a local printer that does A4 only the A3 reports will just default to A4 and the user will get two pages with the report spread over them. Even worse when he opens the A3 report to preview it also previews in A4. I cant find a way of controlling this. Access seems to just set everything up to what ever the particular default printer is.Even the margins will change.

Any ideas
