Dears,

I have a kids club which do lots of functions for kids, to monitor the members and who is in and out I did a small access data base with details of Start date of the function and end date for each member.

I want to make a daily report showing only the active members in today date only for example:

Jack have swimming every Saturday, Monday and Wednesday Between 14 July 2015 till 14 August 2015
Jill have swimming every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday Between 14 July 2015 till 14 August 2015

today is 11 August 2015 and I want to report to mention just who is active today only.

Please advise. and Thank you.

how is your table structured and how do you input each kids attendance?

Tables:

Members: ID - Last Name - First Name - MemberID - Date of Birth - Home Phone - Mobile Phone - E-mail Address

Members and Activity: MemberID - Activity - Level - Days: Combo List: "Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday" - From Date - To Date - From Time - To Time

Queries:

Members Extended
Members and Activity Extended Criteria >=[From Date] And <=[To Date]

is it possible for you to upload your db?

as i suspected you have mvf (multi-value field) in there.
that gave me a hard time.
you may test now.

Thank you very much it is working.

But it is showing blank pages and the subtotal is only counting 1 although i had three names in the list. Please advise.

can I ask you one thing, can you add another field in Member and Activity table, (ID autonumber) first on your db.

After adding this field:
Make backup of your Member Extended Query and Member by Trainer Report.
copy the Member Extended query and Member by Trainer Report from the attached database.
