Printing Design View

Hi everyone how do I print the design view(field Name, data type, description) of a table. Thanks in advance.

To print info about any object within Access you click on database documenter in the ribbon under Database Tools. You'll see all of the object types. You can limit by selecting the options.

If you want a picture of the design view of a form, the only way I know how to do that is a print screen via O/S and paste it into Paint and then cut it down from there.

This may help also: Relationship Report with extended field information. And:

Access 2007: While viewing the Relationships Diagram, click "Relationship Report" in the ribbon.
Access 2003: While viewing the Relationships Diagram, click "File" - "Print Relationships" in the toolbar.
