hi there... i have a problem, when i print a form the buttons are also included, the following button in my Form header are save, back, add record, delete record and print record...

when i click print record i go directly to the print review of the form but i noticed that the buttons are there, when i print the form the out put is the buttons are printed too...

Question:
1. is it possible to hide the buttons when your going to print a record?
2. if yes, how?

i have very limited knowledge in ms access, thank you.....

The real problem is that you're trying to print a Form!
Forms are meant for entering/displaying data, Reports are meant to be used to print data!

missinglinq is right. But just to quench your curiousity as to whether it can be hidden during print, on the Format tab of the button's Property Sheet, look for Display When and set it to Screen Only.
