Printing issue

Hi,

When I print a report from Access, it prints fine. When a colleague does it to the same printer, it misses out lots of letters. Another colleague does it, and it prints fine. The font is standard (Calibri). My IT dept. say it isn't the printers fault. Is it something wrong with my report ?

If the report prints fine from 2 PCs, and has issues when printed from a third PC, my guess is there is some setting on the third PC that is interfering with the printer. You may have to check that printer set from the third PC.
Never had the situation so this is only a guess.

Print the report to PDF and print the pdf document from each PC and tell us the effect.

Check the version of the print drivers.
