I know this has got to be easy but how do I do it? All I want to do is print my report from a form in landscape page orientation. Sometimes Access just defaults to portrait for me, which is a little annoying to say the least when it doesn't fit on the page like that.

In design view for the report, go to File, Page Setup. You can change the orientation on the Page tab.

One little quirk of some release levels of Access 2000, though. If you have the Name Autocorrect feature turned on, Access sometimes reverts those nice landscape setting back to portrait. So you might want to turn that off, first (Tools, Options, General tab)

So thee is now way to set it automatically everytime you print from a form? There must be!?
