Printing Selection from Search in Form?

I have a rather large list of locations that are filtered down to a manageble size based on what an employee needs (6 criteria options). The employee then needs to pick a couple locations (say 5 of the 10 results) and print/email just those 5 locations, not all 10.

I'm happy to give more details if needed, but unfortunately I can't upload the database. The attached JPG is of the search form where I need the selection and print options.
