I've used the Package Solution Wizard to create a Windows installer package for an Access 2007 database I created. I think I did everything right. But when I run the Set-up icon, I get this message and it just hangs there:

Please wait while the installer finishes determining your disk space requirements.

I googled it and people are talking about doing a silent install via the Command line which is somethiong I've never even heard of before. I have no idea what this means and have never done this before.

Can someone tell me what exactly I need to type on the Command line or how to fix this? The path to my Set-up program is C:\Documents and Settings\middleoffice\My Documents\Access Developer Extensions\Install Packages\HCVBMemberManagement\setup.exe.

You may want to do a few administrative things first.
1. Determine how much free space you have on your disk and see if you have the available space.
2. Defragment your drive.
3. Run a disk clean-up utility such as CCleaner.
4. Here is an article: http://www.hyperbina.com/tech/blog/?p=52
PHP:
Go to command line in elevated security mode, and type:

msiexec.exe -package MyPackage.msi -qr

This will basically run the installation package in quiet mode with reduced UI, and apparently circumvent the bug.

Below is a Google dump on "Please wait while the installer finishes determining your disk space requirements"
