producing a report with tons of if else

I have a questionaire with 8 questions. On my form there is a series of 5 possible answers. The answers are ratings from very good, to very bad. I want to produce a report that shows all the people who answered very good or good to at least 5 of the 8 questions. How do I do this? DO I just make 64 conditional statements or is there an easier way to do this.

Use a query and set the criteria for the answer to Good or Very Good, but also set the criteria for a count of some value eg Response ID to >5

this will filter the records to people who have answered to good or very good to 5 or more questions.

This will work as long as you only have 1 field for the response.
