is there any way that i can have 2 tables linked into one query?

If both of the tables share a common field such as a primary key and a foreign then simply drag one over the other to Join them. Then drag down the field from both tables.

i am trying to create a query in design wizard for access 2003, i have set the query up and when i run the query it produces no results even though the data is entered into the table. But if i used only one table, i get the results. I need to extract data from two tables though.

i tried sending it by email to my other email account but it wouldnt attatch there either!

Have you tried zipping the file up first. Then click on the paperclip and browse to the file and attaching it there. When you say it won't let you what do you mean?

i never zipped it i shall do that now
then will i be able to attatch it to here?

How big is the file in the first place? Have you done a compact and repair lately. What version of Access are you using? Post pre 2007 preferred.
