Query accept input from Form

Hey Folks,

I have a form that has two things on it:

A button to open a query
A list box with names in it

How do I get the query so that it will select all records where the name field matches the chosen name from the list box?

In the Query Criteria put:
[Forms]![FormName]![FieldName]
