Query encounter problem

Hi.

I have encounter problem on the attached Query.

After choosing all the data on the multi field at the query. But when I run it. only one data appear I do not know why.

When I run the query, it prompt me. Please Enter Contract Number. I enter other number but cannot work only 314 is working.

Please help where I have made a mistake.

I've rearrange the help db that you have posted, please find the attached file for your info, please don't ask me more details because i can't explain it but what you need hopefully can solve.
