Query help

I want help to make a query in my database. The fields are :

[RecID] [TheDate] [SerNo] [TextField1] [TextField2]
(Autonumber) (Date) (Number) (Text) (Text)

[TextField2] is not filled up at data entry stage and is done later. I want the query to search records date-wise (for a period I specify) and identify record where [TextField2] is empty. The result should show the records date-wise where [TextField2] is empty like
10 Apr 2008
Show the record
12 Apr 2008
Show the record
15 Apr 2008
Show the record

I have tried my best but could not succeed. Please help.

Looks as though you need to specify Between startdate And enddate as the criteria for Date and Is Null for the criteria for Textfield2.

The result should show the records date-wise where [TextField2] is empty

In the criteria line of the Query Edit View, at the field [TextField2], type "is null" or simply =""
