Query problem

Hi, need some help here, I have been asked to run a query on the following parameters;


Run a query to show patients names only if their blood results are below 60 and only if their blood results are still below 60 after 90 days from their first blood test i.e.

Name---------------------- TestDate--------------- Results

Jo Smith------------------- 18/05/2012---------------- 59
Louise Wilson ------------18/05/2012----------------44
Jo Smith -------------------18/08/2012 ----------------55
Louise Wilson------------ 18/05/2012---------------- 61

So is there another date field which records the Blood Test after a period of 90 days? i.e. A second test date? If not how do you intend to find this information to run this query?

I was thinking of running query to identify who was below 60 first, then run another query to identify what names appear more than ones.

Not sure how to write a query to show duplication, any help would be much appreciated.
