HI Gents

Can you help me? I think I have been looking at this too long and this is probably an easy one for you. either that or im just not clever enough.

I have a table where by parts move through the factory and when they reach that area a guy ticks the box in the data base and enters the date it was there.

there are 10 different production areas

What I want the query to do is filter all parts that are ticked and sort by area and show them all in one query

I have attached the photo of the qry I have done but this only shows parts in assy area what I want is to show parts that say yes in all areas that have a yes in that area.

Thanks

Dan

Show the SQL-string for the query.
Looking at the output from the query and the title of this thread, I need to ask, do you've a field in your table for each area, if yes then your tables are wrong set up?
Google for "normalization of data".

create a query to select all fields you want to include in your query (including the tick box field).

Field: [part in assy]
Criteria: True
