Query wont give me a partial result (1 Viewer)

I need a query to show me what assignments an employee has been working on. The problem is they can be one of two things - sales man or demo person, and the query is only showing me lines where they are both salesman and demo person. I just need to know who they are working on regardless of what they are doing.

Have checked relationships as far as how they are joined have changed them all and still wont work.

please help, its kinda urgent.

i guess its something to do with the way you are setting up the query criteria

you may need to use multiple rows - one row for salesman, and one row for demo
