Question about auto format on form header

Is there a way to save the lines and colors I've added to a form header and apply that to every other form header in my database? Or be able to choose other forms that I would like this combination of colors and lines in my form header to be used in other form's form headers?

Btw...How does this form look graphically speaking? Would you guys say it follows logic and presents a professional background of colors?? Any suggestions??
