Re: MS Access as front end and SQL server as backend

Respected Sir,
I have created a table to maintain the account balance of each customers in a single table and through the help of query and SQL satatements I want to filter the records.

In all the Tables (ID and Account No.) is a unique field. I am trying to do that, when I Enter the Account No. OR IID of the customer Name should be automatically retreive from the table (i.e customers account and name) is it possible? through the help of query or sql statement? if possible please kindly send me the database sample and another problem is to reduce the size from page from page setup or from any other option I ask you this because their is no any option in page setup like custome size in "Ms Word" etc. I want to create a page size of 4x4 inch. Is it possible in Access and can I print it normally, from page setup if yes please tell me how it may be possible?
And third and Last one is that, What is the query for the following:
1-Automatically Retrieve the Name of the customers when I enter the ID or Account no in the column of ID or Account No.
2-Display the List of customers whose account number is " ?"
3- Display the List of the customers whose name =" ? "
4- Display the List of the customers where the ID= "?"
First of All I have request you to please check them is it right or wrong? and then tell me the right procedure
You are requested to look into the matter and do the needful for the same. I will be very much grateful to you.
Thanking you,
Yours Faithfully,
Ahtram Ahmed Qureshi,

Well, let me see if I understand this... You want us, UNpaid volunteers, to create a database for you? Sorry but most here get paid to do that. We will be more then happy to help you with a database you create and have problems with.

You can also look at the Northwind sample that comes with Access to get ideas of how to create the forms.
