Is there a way to make sure only one user have access to change a database, whereas others just have access to view the forms, queries, reports e.t.c.?
When you create security for your Access database, you can create User Groups. Each group is assigned a level of access (no pun intended).
Some may have access to almost everything, while others only have read only access to a few areas.
Do a search on "security" to get some of the basics. Security is a little tricky at first so make a copy of your database and make your mistakes there.
