Refering Parameter criteria from Forms to crosstab query

I have few cross tab queries in my database. I wanted to get results in cross-tab basing on criteria from a combo on the form. If I have a fix value that works but if I execute query after having passed criteria from a combo on a form, it does not not work.
Looking forward for guidance, please.

Hi. What does "does not work" mean? Are you getting an error message?
