Code:
lonRecordCount = DCount("[Representative]", "SiteInspRptQry", "[Representative] LIKE '*" & [strFieldRepresentative] & "*'")

This counts the number of times a Representative appears in a Query(SiteInspRptQRY) that is used to generate a report. Before using, I would suggest looking at what Access HELP has on how to use COUNT.

Sorry,I am not able to get it..Please help me out...

Thanks

You will need to read the COUNT topic in Access HELP. Also you should have at least one book on on VBA programming for Access.

I agree with Steve that you should read the help on Count, but it won't solve all your problems.

In your situation I'm guessing that you need to place an unbound textbox in the report footer with control source =Count(*)
