Reinstating moderators

Perhaps we shouldn't count the watercooler posts, I certainly wish they weren't listed in my previous posts.

Mile-O has been promoted to Super Moderator, which means he has moderator status of the whole forum automatically and does not need to be listed as a moderator of that specific section. There was another one who Jon promoted to be moderator, but it doesn't look like he's been around for a while, so has not claimed his moderator status back as of yet.
