relationship and primary key problem

Hi all!!!
I'm new to access 2007 and struggled wif my data here. I have no idea how to decide the relationship of my data cuz i cant set the primary key for the table.
Primary key is set for data which has unique value right?
But i cant find any data which will not duplicate in my tables of data.

The reason i want to make the relationship out of the tables attached is due to i want to know the current component which i have in hand. for stocking purpose.

I have studied about the notes u gave me. Is it I need to seperate my table to few more small tables in order to get relationship for the tables?

It will help to know exactly what business rule you are trying answer with this database. Is it for Inventory Management, Order Management?

Looking at what you have I'm not sure an Excel spreadsheet wouldn't suffice...
