Is there a way to remove a login form in an Access database? I have been assigned to maintain a form that was created by someone who no longer works for the company. Or if I can't remove the form, is there a way to "crack" it?

Hi,

Can you hold shift when opening the database toallow you to get into the forms, tables etc?
If so you whould be able to goto options and change the startup form.

If not, i am out of options, sorry.

Depends on how well the original file was written, if for example you can force an error and get access to the debugger that would let you remove the code for the login form. Long shot but not everyone compiles there file when its completed. Another good reason why should always compile before deploying!

There's a few apps out there that can get into Access and behind the security, Officefix comes to mind

Thank you McSwifty! That actually worked and I was able to get in. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D Thanks again.
