Renaming the back end of a split DB

Hi all,

I looked but couldn't find a way to rename the backend of my db. I tried making a copy with a new name then using link manager but ended up with links to both the old and new one.

How can I rename my DB backend?

I would expect you to be able to rename the file, then use the Linked Table Manager, clicking the checkbox that says "Always prompt for new location".

Interesting, since there is only one place to actually store that. How you would get both links active is beyond me. But did you try to remove the old links completely and then re-add the tables from their new location?
