We are using replication in our company. But, we are getting lot of conflicts. How do we resolve them?


Also, in our system, there are 40 users using the system actively with lot of data update to the system. Presently, we are replicating in each of the client and there is 1 master database with which the clients synchronize. Is there anyother, better way of doing it?

im assuming youve already installed replication control from office setup? theres a conflict viewer in there

but it really boils down to poor planning to have lots of conflicts


ive just done a big replication project myself, it wasnt fun!
firstly, you need to work out who is updating what and if theres a chance someone else will update the same record

are they update/update conflicts ?

can you have the database live or do you need replication, are all the users in the same building
