Report Formatting

I have set the report format in a certain way but the OutputTo command when used to export into an excel sheet it gives me a totally different view. there are 2 images below to describe the same.

I have reomved a few descriptions so please forvive me if the images arent too clear.

There are no images attached. Generally speaking, a normal export to Excel will be unformatted. You'd need to use automation or export into a formatted template to get a formatted output from standard export methods.
