Report generating windows 2000 error (1 Viewer)

I have a Acess 97 db which I'm trying to use on 2 different operating systems. I receiveing Windows errors when I run a report in Win 2000. When I run the same report in WinNT the report runs fine, no errors. I'm at a lost as to why this is happening. I've checked the references and the are the same. Has any had this problem before? Thanks for the help...
