Hi, all--

I am doing a report to use for a mail/merge mailing. The mailing will end up being two pages.

When I print, I want the first page to be letterhead and the second plain (but colored) paper.

Since Access see this just as report of over 200 pages and not a paired document, is there a way to due this?

Thanks.

Paul

Hmm - are you doing this all within Access or are doing a word merge print

I think that Access can handle this

you need to set your report up propertly though

in Acces make report
set report up in properties page 1 trayx page 2 trayy on your printer trays setup

now try this - I am sure that this is how I did mine
I had company paper 1st page and 2nd page plain - ut I think they need to be on the same printer etc.

Now on a second note - sustainability = could oyu not have doubled sided printing - saves on paper , and resolves problem

thats my big thing this year - try to cut down on paper and the easist one is double sied printing a 10 page report becomes 5 pages - large docs = reduction in postal charges

Thanks for your response--

I'm not finding where to do the setup you suggested for page 1 trayx and page 2 trayy.

I checked the report properties and the page set-up properties.

thanks.

Paul
