Solved Report not displaying all values in source query

I am having trouble with a report based on a query. It is not showing all values.
There are no events in open/current/load of report to filter or change the data.
What is going wrong here?

sure you have the right heading for each column?

values in your report 'converted values' column are in the query cfsumsold column

OK - sure you are using the same query -qty sold quantity is different for existing customer 2 v 3. Conversion rate/percentage appears to be different for community 67% c 33% unless you have something else going on in the report? Just checking the obvious things first
