Report not printing in its entirity [solved]

This is a bizarre one that I have failed to resolve. I can get a report off as I want but when it comes to printing all prints except for two parts which show on the report as designed. I have attached an image to show the report as seen on screen, the period (08/08 as seen) and the date span (05 Oct 2008 to 1 Nov 2008 as seen) are there but as soon as I hit print they are replace by #Name? in both instances, why would that be?? I would have accepted it if the report could not 'see' the location but as it can why will it not print? I would be most grateful for anyone with a resolution to this, thank you.

Are you getting those from a form that is open at the time of preview but closed at the time of printing?

Oh boy do I look like a fool, yes it was a form that was closed prior to print. I will inform users not to do so so as to get all relevant info printed as designed. Many thanks.

No problem. In those situations, I usually leave the form open under the report, or hidden, then close it in the close event of the report.
