I am running access 2000 over a network and have set up two seperate databases.

One works spot on, however I am experiencing problems when previewing reports in the other. Each time I preview a report it does not restore to the original print settings for that report. Ie different margins and portrait instead of landscape.

The problem is completely random on all reports in this one database (the other works spot on so I don't think it can be the machine settings)

It is extremely annoying for all users as every time a report is opened the page set up has to be amended.

I have tried setting up new reports and amending existing and saving with new page set up but the problems still arises.

Any help with this would be very much appreciated

I believe this is an identified access bug that is solved by turning autocorrect off.

SR-1 supposedly has a fix for this as well, but as I recall that opens up other problems; turning off Name AutoCorrect is a safer, quicker solution, and only affects design changes.

Many thanks

Will try this and fingers crossed.....NB, out of curiosity does any one know why it only affects one of my databases????
