report to look like form

We have imported several db to one main db and now we want to create a report that will look simliar to one of our forms that we use everyday in the office. It would be split by several subreports but each part has a unique number assigned to each part and we want to see every detail on that part. Can a report look like a form?

Yes you can build a report to look exactly like a form in use and insert subreports and subforms into it. If it is a form already created in access you can also save as a report.

Ok I had to reduce some of the tables to get this all sent in. I am struggling to create the my report to look like the form that I have attached. All the tables that are being used are there. It seems that I constantly struggle to recreate this report to be simliar to the form that I have attached in PDF. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

This is not a simple report that can be easily created you will have to either spend time replicating the layout in the report or use pre printed stationary and simply match up the fields to the coordinated on the paper form.

Ok can anyone help me with this report. I cannot seem to get it to do what I need. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
