Report will not print vertical text

I have a report that will not print any vertical text but viewing on print preview shows all the text. I have updated all printer drivers but that seems not to be the problem.

Odd things can be left out if the printer is in draft/economy mode. Just a thought.

I noticed a difference in the problem. When I go to the server and open the report I can see the vertical scripts in the text box and will print all vertical text on the printer. But when I view it on the stand alone computer that has a shortcut to the DB on the server it doesn't show any of the vertical text nor print it. So I know right off it's not the printer but the computer. Does anyone know how to fix this. I can't keep having the receptionist work off the server to print the invoices.

By searching the internet I figured out the problem. Internet Explorer 7 update created the problem. You have to change the font in the vertical text box to something different. I changed it to "Times New Roman Baltic". I now works. In case anyone else has the same problem you will know what it is. Microsoft is aware of this problem put has not put out a fix.....yet...if at all.

thanks for that info. I have been trying for ages to figure it out. I changed the font to arial first and it worked for a while but then went weird again. I am trying baltic now - it works lets hope it keeps working.
