Hi guys,

I want to make a repository table so I can administer my business rules. To get an easy repository I'm trying to reverse engineer an access database with visual case. When reverse engineering everything goes ok till I get the message "no rights to read the foreign keys, in mysysrelationships'".

My database doesn't have a password, as a logon from ODBC I simply use admin without a password.

Does anybody know how to retrieve info with odbc from mysysrelationships?

greetings

I just tried in Cystal Reports and I can see all system tables.
When trying to add mysysobjects to the report Crystal tells me no fields in Msysobjects.

So I guess you need a special pass to access these metadata tables

Oeps I found the solution using a 3rd party tool!

First in Options check system tables to be visibles.

Within security goto accounts and group permissions and set read permissions to the system tables.

Finally you don't need to reverse engineer as you can build make table queries within access using the metadata tables..wow that's pretty cool this way .
