Rounding Up Time In A Query

we recieve a gate log every morning from the client. I have ben challengend with this:

i need a report to show time in, time out, total hours worked.
the problem is if the time in is before 6:30 AM the report should report 6:30 AM. If time in after 6:30 AM a new field "Late" needs to show exact time in.

Also there will be multiable time's for each employee as they go in and out for breaks and lunch. (30 min)

The time out has a 10 min window. 5:00 PM is the time that should be on the gate log but if an employee leaves at 4:50 he will not be docked the thirty min. (4:30 PM) if before 4:50 PM the new field should show the docked time 4:30 PM.

Note: the gate log is on a 24hr clock

I have the table, query and report made i just cannot get the corect information i am looking for.

That helps very little. Was that the sample data from your table or the output based on the sample data? In either case, you've omitted one of the things I've asked for.

Sorry, Yes that is the output i have so far from (Gate_Log) Query which is tied to (Employee1) table, exported out to excel. Those are the fields in which i am trying to make work in a report called (Gate_Log_Rep)
