On another note: I was in BestBuy yesterday and did not see MS Access in the Office 365 group. I wonder if they are ending the application - ?

It's in 365 Pro Plus and above. It's always been restricted to Office Professional and up.

And Mr. Access Sucks might also want to consider custom events - they allow one form to react to an occurrence on another form without having to worry about directly accessing one from the other.

I have a subscription to O365 Home and it has Access 2016 ---as Chris' said.

Ah, that's interesting. When I was going through their business catalog, however, the lowest-level one it appears in was ProPlus. The three tiers below that don't include it at all: https://products.office.com/en-us/b...oogle_O365SMB_office 365&Dimension=&WT.srch=1

I looked at that rather than the home version simply because most offices are rather unlikely to purchase home versions of Office.

Interesting, however, that you're dogpiling me rather than either addressing Q's issue or simply telling Ken that Access hasn't been discontinued.

Interesting. I'm guessing that the business market needs a distinction as many businesses simply do not want Access rolled out to the masses. But instead roll it out selectively (if at all).

For home use I guess their is no real reason not to included it. May for extra revenue but I'm guessing the revenue for Access for home use would be tiny.

I do find the 1TB of cloud space very useful.

Ah, fair enough, and sorry. Bad mood, been a shitty morning already - started out by waking up an hour late. Only reason I made it here just 15 minutes late is my four-footed furry backup alarm clock.

Also, that's at least a somewhat new development - I remember that for years, if you wanted Access at home, you had to buy Office Professional or up (which is why I have Office 2010 Professional at home); it flat-out wasn't included in Home. Looks like they changed it, at least with 365.
