Am trying to run my database in a minimised state with all forms and reports as pop ups on the desktop. This works no problem with the forms as they have a pop up option, but does anyone know how i can do this with the reports? Thanks for any help you can offer.

In theory you can open forms and reports equally, though the OpenReport and OpenForm actions have different options.
What you might consider is defining some Win32 routines that allow you to bring a window to the top. There is a property of an Open Report that allows you to get its window handle. If you can do that, you can bring it to the top of your desktop, which is just as good as making it a pop-up.
But I fear I don't have my Win32 API books handy so I can't tell you the code you want. Perhaps a Web Search on Win32API plus some qualifying sub-searches on window ordering?
