Hi,

For one reason or another... I need to move something from Excel into Access and there is one formula that I need to replicate that I cant do!!!!

=INT(SUM(A$2:A2)*100)/100-ROUND(SUM(B$1:B1),2)
The formula is the then copied down.

basically it is used to do running roundings... so everyone with a faction of a penny is rounded and then once you get to a penny that person gets it!!!

the reason its hard is because in excel, you have a previous row to work from

in access you dont really have a concept of a previous row.

So store them in a varible and have a if > than 1 type statement? Any other way?
